As our go-to for everything operations and executive support, Molly wears many hats (and rocks them all). With a background in hospitality and a newfound passion for HR, she’s played a key role in shaping Infigo’s internal culture, supporting the leadership team, and keeping the ship sailing smoothly — whether it’s onboarding new team members, organising events, or ensuring everyone feels heard and supported. From pub life to people-first operations, Molly brings warmth, humour, and an incredible work ethic to the team.

What’s your favourite food?
You just can’t beat a pub roast dinner or a Chinese takeaway!
What’s your biggest achievement in the last 2 years?
Taking the leap into a new career!
I spent 10 years running a successful village pub and saw a huge change in the hospitality industry after Covid, after taking time off to start a family and I jumped at the opportunity to try something new.
What do you enjoy most about working for Infigo?
The people, the culture and strong promotion of work/life balance, the parties… everything, really!
What can’t you live without?
My daily walks… they keep me sane!
Tell us about your journey with Infigo ?
As Office Operations & Executive Support, each day is different from the next. My role started as a part time office manager, but this has evolved drastically for many reasons, mainly the dynamic of remote working. I assist the Head of Operations with the day to day HR Management, onboarding remote workers to the business, planning internal company events and travel management for the Senior Leadership Team when visiting customers or attending trade-shows.
My hospitality leadership background has ignited a correlating passion into HR where I understand the importance in investing in individuals to help them thrive. We are making big changes to how HR is perceived internally, having more involvement with the managers to ensure their teams are better supported and on the right career & growth paths.
Outside of work, I love spending time at home, pottering around the garden with my son usually playing dinosaurs close by. We are blessed to have extended family within walking distances so often trail up through the woods to pop in for a cup of tea with my mum or my mother in law! Handy with childcare too.
Tell us a fun fact not many people know about you?
I have a step sister also called Molly, although my step dad likes to see the horrified look on people’s faces when he pretends we’re biological sisters, and says “they just couldn’t think of another name they liked!”
‘Dad’ jokes eh!

On most weekends, we can find you ?
I’m partial to a long Sunday sauna session, otherwise you’ll find sunbathing in the garden in the summer or walking in the woods, covered in mud with my son and two spaniels!
Beach or mountain?
If I am alone with a drink in one hand and a book in the other, it has to be beach! These days family holidays aren’t so peaceful, so a trek up a mountain ensures a peaceful evening after.
