The Story
LPi Digital creates, customises, prints, and distributes approximately 27 million newsletters every week for nearly 6,000 organisations across the United States, including churches, community nonprofits, senior centres, and local governments. Each carries individual content and branding. Legacy workflows could not sustain that volume without manual work accumulating at every step. Growth was being constrained not by demand, but by operational capacity.
After implementing Infigo’s web-to-print and workflow automation platform, production capacity doubled, without adding headcount. The operation continued to deliver personalised content at per-customer accuracy, at twice the scale.
With manual friction removed, LPi has since opened new revenue lines across integrated print and digital advertising, and is actively expanding into the senior living sector. “LPi’s growth wasn’t driven by adding headcount. They eliminated the manual work that was slowing them down,” said Doug Gibson, CEO of Infigo. “This is what happens when you stop treating print as a service industry and start running it like a technology operation.”
