Questions about adding a module

Book a 15-minute review above or email customers@infigo.net. Customer Success looks at your current setup with you, recommends what would pay back, and scopes the module before anything changes. Once you’re happy with the cost and timeline, we arrange activation on the platform you already run.
-
It depends on the module, how many storefronts it applies to and how deep any integration goes. Some modules carry a setup fee as well as a monthly fee. You’ll have the full cost for your setup before anything is switched on, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
-
Modules are added to your existing platform, so there’s no migration and no new storefront to build. Any change that affects a live storefront is planned with you in advance, so you know exactly what will change and when it will happen.
-
Some modules are live in days. MIS and procurement integrations depend on scope and on the third party involved, so they take longer. You’ll get a clear timeline during scoping, before you commit to anything.
-
Not always. Connect: Punchout, for example, is set up per storefront, so you add it account by account as clients ask. Insights covers your whole platform. We’ll confirm how each module applies to your setup before you go ahead.
-
Some modules on this page are built entirely by Infigo, such as Chameleon, MegaEdit 3D and Insights. Others connect Infigo to another company’s system, such as your MIS or prepress software, and need an account with that provider. You add both the same way, through Customer Success.
-
Connect: Flow sends order data in XML or JSON to any endpoint, FTP site or hot folder, in the format your system expects. The documented Infigo API covers real-time sync and custom automation. Between them they reach most systems without a named connector. Tell us what you run and we’ll confirm the route.

Most modules are configured with you by our team. Scripting, PitStop profiles and custom SQL reports in Insights suit admins who are comfortable with technical setup. Most modules have a step-by-step guide in Infigo Academy, and Customer Success can walk you through the rest.
