Douglas Gibson founded Infigo in 2010 with a team of five. Today around 50 of us work across the UK and our development hub in Moldova, and many have been here for most of that time. Greg Young, who now leads customer experience, was an Infigo customer for three years before he joined.

  1. Douglas Gibson founded Infigo in December 2010 and is the company’s CEO. He started with a team of five, and the business has since grown to around 50 people across the UK and Moldova. Douglas continues to set Infigo’s long-term direction.

  2. Alex Bowell has been Infigo’s Managing Director since July 2024. He joined more than a decade earlier and, as Technical Operations Director, led the build of Connect: CERM. The wider leadership team covers sales, marketing, customer experience, technical operations and technical innovation.

  3. The Infigo team is split between the UK and a development hub in Moldova, where our engineers and QA testers build and test the platform. Our sales, implementation and customer experience teams work with print businesses around the world.

  4. After go-live, your main contact is the customer experience team, led by Greg Young. It brings together customer support, customer success and Infigo Academy training. Greg was an Infigo customer for nearly three years before joining in 2014, so he knows the platform from your side too.
